One of its hidden gems is the vibrant orchard at the villa, a carefully cultivated space bursting with tropical fruits. The orchard is home to a variety of produce. Each fruit plays a vital role in the delicious dishes crafted by the villa’s talented daytime chef, Nella, in her kitchen.

Nella’s culinary philosophy revolves around creating fresh, wholesome meals that celebrate the rich flavors of the land. Her approach is farm-to-table, using the orchard and garden’s bounty to create a variety of seasonal dishes that guests adore. 

From the freshest ingredients, some of which are listed below, Nella creates breakfasts, smoothies, juices, and desserts.  She also uses the vegetable garden (below) and our farm fresh produce all day long.

Nella’s kitchen at Villa Buena Onda is a true celebration of local flavors and sustainable cooking. The orchard not only nourishes the guests but also inspires creativity in each dish and drink.
