With owners hailing from Georgia, Buzzed Monkey serves real, authentic BBQ in Playas del Coco. Specialties include briskets and burgers and smoked wings with specials popping up almost daily. Days open are limited so be sure to peek at their Facebook before making a visit.

The first brewery to open a taproom in Playas del Coco, Numu Tap Room offers up an extensive menu of taprooms as well as full plates.

Located off the main street on the way to Ocotal, Pizzareria make their pizzas in a wood-fired oven. Pizza menu includes many different options along with all of the classics. Their menu also features a wide range of other Italian options as well.
SANTORINI GREEK RESTAURANT
Offering a wide variety of Greek dishes and local favorites. The staff at Santorini is always super attentive and despite being on the main street, the restaurant has a relaxed but elegant feel to it. The prices are super reasonable too.
SODA TERESITA RESTAURANT
Located right in front of the park near the beach, this soda (aka local restaurant) is popular with local Ticos and tourists alike. A popular spot for breakfast and lunch.
Zi LOUNGE & RESTAURANT
From 1-7 pm, Zi Lounge has one of the longest happy hours in Coco. The food menu at Zi Lounge spans the globe, and you can find hookahs, sports TV, along with the occasional DJ performance and live music/shows on weekends.
ZARPE BAR
Top-notch service includes offering cocktails of the highest quality, made from locally produced juices, and local-grown garnishes and fruits. Zarpe also makes all of the cocktail salts and dehydrated fruits in-house.
